Terms of Use

Purpose

GoldTrust Community provides consumer-submitted dealership experiences and educational discussion. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or lending advice and does not guarantee any dealer, price, loan, or outcome.

Your contributions

You may submit honest opinions and truthful accounts of your own experience, including critical reviews. You must not submit fabricated experiences, hearsay presented as fact, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, confidential information, personal information, copyrighted materials you cannot use, or accusations against individual employees.

License and ownership

You retain ownership of your contribution. You give GoldTrust a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, moderate, and distribute it for operating and promoting GoldTrust Community. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups and legal records.

Moderation

GoldTrust may review, delay, label, restrict, or remove content under the published Review Policy and Community Guidelines. Moderation is applied without favoring positive over negative sentiment. Users and dealers may report content and request reconsideration.

Dealer information and scores

Directory information may come from public business records or community submissions. Dealership names identify the businesses being discussed; listing does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Scores and summaries depend on available moderated data and are not endorsements. GoldTrust will publish its methodology before using scores for dealer recommendations.

Service limits

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. GoldTrust is not responsible for decisions made solely from community content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

GoldTrust may update these terms with a new effective date. GoldTrust Community is operated by GoldTrust Capital Reserve. Questions, correction requests, and disputes may be sent to support@goldtrustreserve.com.
