Independent platform: GoldTrust is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any dealership merely because that business is identified or discussed here.
Purpose
GoldTrust Community hosts consumer-submitted dealership experiences and automotive discussion. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, safety, mechanical, or lending advice and does not guarantee any dealer, vehicle, price, loan, repair, or outcome.
Your contributions
You may submit honest opinions and truthful accounts of your own experience, including criticism. You must not submit fabricated experiences; hearsay presented as fact; unlawful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, confidential, or personally identifying material; copyrighted material you cannot use; impersonation; undisclosed paid endorsements; or accusations about individual employees. You are responsible for what you submit.
License and ownership
You retain ownership of your contribution. You give GoldTrust a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, moderate, and distribute it to operate and promote GoldTrust Community. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, moderation records, and records GoldTrust must retain by law.
Moderation and disputes
GoldTrust may review, delay, label, restrict, correct, or remove content under the Review Policy and Community Guidelines. Standards apply without favoring positive or negative sentiment. Contributors and businesses may report content, supply corrections, and request reconsideration at support@goldtrustreserve.com. A business may not purchase removal of a negative review.
Dealer directory and representative access
Directory profiles may use public business information and community submissions. A dealership’s permission is not required for GoldTrust to identify the business or host lawful third-party discussion about it. Identification does not create an affiliation or endorsement. A dealership representative must be verified before claiming a profile or posting an official response, and representatives cannot edit or veto reviews.
Scores and labels
GoldTrust Deal Transparency Scores are calculated evaluations based on a contributor’s structured answers. They are informational opinions, not statements that a dealer broke the law and not guarantees of future conduct. Individual reports show their calculated score; dealer-level scores appear only after at least five eligible, moderated reports. The current formula and labels are published in the Review Policy.
Service limits
The service and user contributions are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Verify important facts independently before making a purchase, credit, repair, or safety decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Copyright and contact
Copyright owners may send a sufficiently detailed infringement notice to support@goldtrustreserve.com. GoldTrust may remove material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. GoldTrust Community is operated by GoldTrust Capital Reserve. Questions, correction requests, privacy requests, and disputes may be sent to that address.
Changes
GoldTrust may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later activity.
