Facts before opinions

Collection
GoldTrust asks every reviewer for the same structured transaction fields regardless of whether the experience was positive or negative. GoldTrust does not condition submission or publication on sentiment.
Moderation
Every new review enters a pending queue. Moderators check for firsthand attestation, relevance, personal information, employee accusations, harassment, conflicts, duplication, and obvious manipulation. Passing moderation does not mean GoldTrust has independently proven every statement.
Verification labels
- Verified Purchase: GoldTrust reviewed acceptable private evidence connecting the contributor, dealer, and transaction.
- Firsthand · Not Document Verified: the contributor attested to a firsthand experience, but GoldTrust did not verify purchase documents.
- Illustrative Example: fictional preview content used to demonstrate the format and excluded from dealer scores.
Scoring
Dealer scores use only published, non-demo reports. The current profile shows simple arithmetic averages and the percentage selecting “Would return: Yes.” GoldTrust does not yet use these scores for dealer recommendations. A production methodology must define minimum sample sizes, recency weighting, fraud controls, and correction handling before Odin uses them.
Challenges and corrections
Anyone may report a review. GoldTrust may temporarily restrict a disputed review while checking it, request supporting information, correct labels, or remove content. Reviewers and verified dealers may request reconsideration at support@goldtrustreserve.com.
