Verified access to respond

By accepting these terms, the signer represents that they are authorized to act for the named dealership and requests verified access to its independent GoldTrust Community profile.

What verified access allows

• Identifying the representative as connected to the dealership after GoldTrust verifies their role.
• Publishing moderated official responses to eligible reviews.
• Submitting corrections to public business facts and reporting content for policy review.

What it does not allow

A dealership’s participation is not required for an independent profile, lawful user discussion, or a calculated rating. Verified access does not create an endorsement, partnership, or agency relationship and does not allow a dealership to edit, select, suppress, or veto reviews or scores.

Verification and records

GoldTrust may verify the signer’s identity, title, business email, and authority before enabling official responses. GoldTrust records the signer, terms version, and acceptance time. Questions, corrections, or requests may be sent to support@goldtrustreserve.com.

GoldTrust applies the same published moderation standards to favorable and unfavorable submissions. Individual contributors remain responsible for their own content.
