Be firsthand and specific

Describe what you personally saw, received, signed, paid, or were told. Separate facts from opinions. Include useful transaction details without exaggeration.

Protect people

Do not name or identify individual employees, customers, or family members. Do not post phone numbers, emails, addresses, account numbers, signatures, VINs, financial documents, or other sensitive information.

Stay constructive

No threats, harassment, hate, doxxing, coordinated attacks, spam, impersonation, or commercial solicitation. Disagreement is welcome; personal abuse is not.

Disclose conflicts

Dealership employees, vendors, competitors, paid advocates, and anyone receiving an incentive must clearly disclose that relationship. Incentivized reviews may be labeled or rejected.

Help with corrections

Use the Report link for privacy, accuracy, or policy concerns. GoldTrust may contact contributors privately for clarification. Dealers may request profile verification and respond only after their role is independently checked.
