Discuss the whole automotive experience

Dealer visits, price negotiation, financing, leasing, trade-ins, service, repairs, vehicles, and ownership are welcome. Keep posts relevant and useful to people making automotive decisions.

Be firsthand and specific

When reviewing a business, describe what you personally saw, received, signed, paid, or were told. Separate verifiable facts from your opinions. Do not present rumors or guesses as facts.

Protect people and accounts

Do not name or identify individual employees, customers, or family members. Do not post phone numbers, private email or home addresses, account numbers, signatures, VINs, financial documents, or other sensitive information in public text.

Stay constructive

No threats, harassment, hate, doxxing, coordinated attacks, spam, impersonation, illegal instructions, dangerous advice, or commercial solicitation. Disagreement is welcome; personal abuse is not. Safety-critical vehicle and repair claims should identify reliable sources and encourage qualified inspection.

Disclose conflicts

Dealership employees, vendors, competitors, paid advocates, and anyone receiving an incentive must clearly disclose that relationship. Undisclosed or improperly incentivized content may be labeled or removed.

No sentiment manipulation

Do not offer rewards only for positive reviews, threaten reviewers, mass-submit coordinated ratings, or attempt to suppress a review solely because it is negative. GoldTrust applies the same rules to praise and criticism.

Use the Report link for privacy, accuracy, copyright, or policy concerns, or email support@goldtrustreserve.com. GoldTrust may contact contributors privately for clarification. Verified dealer representatives may respond and request factual corrections but cannot control review sentiment.
